  • How many years of Warranty cover by Caixun?

    The warranty for Basic TV is 1 year.
    The warranty for Android TV is 2 years.

    For Maxis customers, we’re pleased to inform you that your warranty will be automatically extended by an additional year, giving you a 2+1 year warranty coverage.

  • Android TV / Google TV
  • TV no Astro signal when plug in HDMI

    Please follow these steps:
    Step 1: Connect HDMI to Astro and switch to the corresponding channel. For example, if you’ve connected Astro to HDMI 1, then select HDMI 1.

    Step 2: Go to Settings > Input > EDID Setting.

    Step 3: Select Auto EDID.

    No, our microphone is on Remote Control only for Hey Google usage.

    Yes, our TV have built in Chromecast, no need for extra purchase.
